4. Account Registration

5. Subscription & Billing
- Free Trial: 30-day trial available once per user.
- Paid Plans: Billed monthly in AED via secure payment gateways.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds: No refunds are offered for partial billing cycles.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by MaxGrade, including questions, email formats, explanations, AI models, and designs, are the intellectual property of MaxGrade FZ-LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without express permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the AI system
- Provide false information
- Harass, abuse, or harm staff or other users
8. Limitation of Liability
MaxGrade does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We provide guidance tools to support exam preparation, but results may vary. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or misuse of the service.
9. Indemnification

All learning and tutoring activities offered through maxgrade.ai are provided under We Love Art’s existing Learning and Development license, issued in the UAE.
By subscribing to or using the MaxGrade service, you acknowledge that We Love Art FZ-LLC is the licensed and legal entity responsible for the platform’s operations, and that MaxGrade operates as a brand and service within its licensed scope.
15. Disclaimer of Results and Liability
While MaxGrade provides structured, AI-personalized learning tools to support academic success, we make no guarantees whatsoever regarding a student’s exam performance or final grades. The use of our platform, content, or tutoring services does not ensure specific results in any official examination, including A-Level Maths or any other subject.
MaxGrade FZ-LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or reliance on the service, including—but not limited to—academic results, missed opportunities, or emotional or psychological outcomes.
